My first full time job was in 2011 when I joined a startup group around bezrealitky.cz, more by coincidence than as a planned step. After gaining my first experience in a startup environment and completing my degree in Sociology at Charles University, I joined the sales support team at Microsoft. After a short time it turned out not to be the right fit for me, and I realized I work better in smaller teams rather than large corporate structures.

That realization eventually led me to Credo in 2015, again somewhat by chance, but this time with a much clearer sense of what I was looking for. Coming from a startup background, it felt like a natural fit. Over the past 10 years, I’ve come to deeply value not only the work itself, but especially the people I work with every day. My focus has been on helping create smooth processes and a calm, well-functioning environment where the team can perform at its best.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family and enjoy the simple moments at home or in our garden. I have a dog and like to recharge on long walks in the Czech countryside with him. I’ve always had a strong connection to the mountains, and I love skiing, snowboarding, and hiking whenever I get the chance.
