Bio
I bring structure to how things run behind the scenes at Credo. My focus is on finance and operations: managing fund entities, investor reporting, and the daily mechanics that keep us moving. While venture capital is often about moving fast, I make sure the foundation is solid so everything works the way it should. My goal is to handle operational complexity so the team and our founders can stay focused on building.
I moved to Prague alone at 17, leaving my home country in search of broader opportunities. It was a crash course in resilience and figuring things out as I went. I carried that mindset into McKinsey, where I spent nearly five years in a CEE finance team managing operations and internal processes, and learned a structured way of thinking in complex environments. I found my way into VC without really planning it, and quickly realized it was the right place for me. The variety of challenges, the pace, and constant learning felt like a natural fit, allowing me to apply my background in corporate finance and valuation while supporting founders and tech ecosystem across CEE.
To balance that structured mindset, I spend my time outside of work on more creative pursuits, like learning drums and oil painting. Otherwise, you’ll likely find me snowboarding, usually with Hans Zimmer’s soundtracks on repeat.
